Brian Puccio is the founder and CEO of Happy Homes TC Services LLC, bringing more than 10 years of experience with Keller Williams Mojave and a broad background in real estate, transaction coordination, compliance, technology, training, and agent support. Throughout his career, Brian has viewed thousands of real estate transactions and personally overseen hundreds as a Transaction Coordinator, giving him extensive insight into the systems, details, and communication required to move files successfully from contract to close. In addition to transaction coordination, Brian has mentored agents, trained professionals on technology and systems, and developed processes designed to create consistency for both agents and clients. Today, he leads a growing team of Transaction Coordinators committed to dependable service, strong systems, and helping agents stay focused on the relationships and activities that grow their businesses. Hi, I’m Naomi, and I’m proud to be part of the Happy Homes TC team as a Transaction Coordinator! I’m passionate about organization, communication, and making sure all the moving pieces of a transaction stay on track. I love being the person behind the scenes who keeps deadlines in check, details organized, and our clients and agents informed throughout the process. My goal is always to make the transaction experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of work, I’m a mom of two, so life is rarely boring! I love spending time with my family, listening to music, and cheering on my kids in all of their activities. I’m also a big believer in finding joy in the little things and bringing a positive attitude wherever I go. As a real estate professional with six years of experience, I offer my clients a unique advantage: a deep understanding of the market combined with the meticulous attention to detail of a Certified Transaction Coordinator. Having actively managed the backend of transactions as a TC over the last year, I am uniquely equipped to handle the administrative complexities of your deal so you can focus on the exciting parts of moving. Currently, I’m furthering my education and hope to expand my expertise in commercial real estate. When I’m off the clock, I recharge by hiking a mountain or planning my next travel adventure with my family.
